ORDERING:

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple and secure. Just select the color, size and quantity of the item(s) you would like to purchase and then click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. The Shopping Bag page will display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of or remove items. You can then proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

We will charge for the processed in-stock items, plus the entire amount of shipping and handling costs.

Do I have to create an account with you?

No, you do not. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to create an account with us. By creating an account, you will be able track your current order easily and you will be able to quickly see what you have ordered in the past. With an account you can also be notified about new products and promotions as soon as they are available. But, rest assured, you can also check out as a guest without creating an account with us.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not. In fact, your credit card information never passes through our servers. We use Authorize.net's CIM to securely tokenize all credit card information. We do not store your credit card, only a token referencing with a PCI complaint tokenizer. We do not have access to the card but will store the token on your account at your request.

What if an item is not in stock?

On occasion, demand for a product will exceed the quantity in stock. If this is the case, you will see a message about availability when you hit the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. In addition, if you order an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by email that the product is backordered and when it is expected. We will usually give you the option of replacing the item with a different one (i.e., a different color).

SHIPPING:

What if I didn't get an email confirming my shipping information?

Please check your email filters and/or blockers to ensure that OrderStatus@shop.careismatic.com is on the safe sender’s list in your address book.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders UPS. This service utilizes both UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for handling. In most circumstances, your package will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. Careismatic Brands will send an email from OrderStatus@shop.careismatic.com with all the tracking information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most in-stock items ship in 2 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, your order should arrive in 2 – 9 business days.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have any further questions or have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact Customer Care.

If you created an account, you can also track an order after it has shipped by going to “My Account” or “My Orders” at the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We want you to love your purchase; if you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. Just visit our online returns page print our Free convenient shipping label, and complete your return.

· All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags

· Products that were ordered as a set must be returned with all the set components

· We will not accept returns on personalized items

· We will not accept returns on garments or footwear that have been worn, stained, damaged or laundered.

· We will not accept returns on Clearance or Final Sales items

· We will not accept returns on items outside of the 30 day return window

· Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.

What if my item is defective?

On rare occasions, a product can have a defect that we did not detect or that becomes apparent during use. If a product you have purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email help@shop.careismatic.com or call us 7 days a week 4:30 am to 7:30 pm PST at 1-800-372-2201.

Do you offer embroidery?

Upon completion, we will verify your identity via e-mail and begin executing your request. You will then receive your information or confirmation that your information has been removed from Infinity Scrubs and all affiliated third party partners within 60 days of your identity verification.

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights under CCPA. California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 Disclosures*

At Careismatic Brands, Inc. (CBI), we are committed to maintaining a standard of excellence in every aspect of our supply chain. We continually strive to achieve the goal of ensuring that the working conditions of CBI's supply chain are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible. CBI's suppliers must commit in all their activities to operate in full compliance with the local laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate.

VERIFICATION

Prior to partnering with any new suppliers, and annually thereafter, we require suppliers to sign our Code of Conduct for Suppliers certifying that they do not engage in human trafficking and/or forced labor. Our process is managed by our own risk-management.

SUPPLIER AUDITS

Each year we conduct announced and unannounced audits of each supplier to determine if they are complying with our company standards aimed at ensuring human trafficking and/or forced labor is not tainting our products. Since we began auditing our suppliers, we have found all of them to be in compliance with our standards. Our risk-management team or 3rd party audit firms conduct the audits. Audits consist of reviewing time cards, going on an extensive facility tour and conducting individual interviews with employees.

CERTIFICATION

As a condition of doing business with CBI all suppliers must sign CBI's Code of Conduct for Suppliers and answer specific questions certifying that: (1) No employee is less than the legal minimum working age, but in no event is less than 15 years of age; (2) That all workers are there voluntarily; (3) That all employees are free to leave once their shift ends; (4) That the lowest hourly wage is at least the minimum required by government standards; (5) That no employee works more hours in a given week than the legal maximum; and (6) That employees are given adequate time for meals during each shift. Each supplier must sign CBI's Code of Conduct for Suppliers annually and records are maintained at CBI's offices in Chatsworth, CA.

INTERNAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Non-compliance with our company standards regarding slavery and trafficking will result in termination of a business relationship with an employee or contractor.

TRAINING

Although at this time CBI does not provide employees or contractors with formal training on human trafficking and slavery, it has devoted resources to providing supply chain oversight by hiring a Director of Social Compliance and empowering its EVP of Sourcing and Procurement to take all necessary steps with CBI's suppliers.

* The above disclosures only apply to the apparel products CBI designs, manufactures and distributes. SPI does not have policies or procedures in place for the other products it manufactures and/or purchases from vendors for the purpose of distributing such products (e.g., footwear, legwear, accessories and gift-with-purchase items (GWP)).
